Scope of Service and Payment

COUNSELING and COACHING

$200/session.  Includes 50-minute confidential virtual sessions.  25-minute sessions are prorated.

EDUCATIONAL CONSULTATION

Includes time reviewing IEP documents, calls, emails, school observation, necessary write ups, and follow up with school and outside supports.  Travel rate to and from the school observation is half the hourly rate.

INSURANCE

Insurance is the responsibility of the client. In some cases, clients may be able to obtain reimbursement from insurance companies. A final bill will be provided for the client to submit to their insurance company.

CANCELLATION POLICY

There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled after the 24-hour time will be billed at the hourly rate.
